Mixing business with pleasure
When GMS Golf approached Clickfire to redesign their website it was an instant hit with the team, many of whom are keen golfers.
GMS are one of the most successful golf marketing agencies in Europe. They specialise in developing targeted marketing campaigns for golf clubs, resorts, tournaments and equipment companies across Europe, boasting an impressive cleint list including: PING, ECCO, BMW, Marriott UK and Carnoustie Golf Links.
Their existing site has been up and running for 18 months and although it is a functional site that provides a place for GMS to talk about and demonstrate their client base, it has become a slight embarrassment to GMS and as such they are reluctant to direct their clients to it. Poor design, lacking impact, slow loading and no content management system in place, updates are time consuming and costly.
GMS need to communicate who they are, who they work for and show off their client portfolio.
Clickfire's challange will be to delvier an impactufl website that will achieve the WOW factor with marketing directors and managers within the golf industry.
